Debt & the Future of the Dollar

I have to admit, weeks ago, when proving my point on my predictive analysis' i named the exact date a week in advance and nailed the exact date not only making my point but getting people's attention. That was the point of the experiment and i can assure you it was only to get your attention since too many of us have been watching too much american idol instead of watching the hands of the magicians *Ahem, excuse me, i meant politicians.

A couple of things are coming and going to happen in 2011 that are inevitable. The Collapse and implosion of the Mortgage industry in June-Sept unless someone steps in and helps and 9/11 the gov will be forced to answer difficult questions as 9/11 truth breaks.

When Bush was in office he surrounded himself like every president does with powerful men from certain industries. With each president it has been different whether it was the military industrial complex, private government firms, big oil companies but for the Obama administration it was a completely different change in pace. It was Wallstreet. So, in making my statement that the dollar will collapse as a domino effect after the mortgage industry collapses is a fairly significant thing to say and granted, i do have the attention of everyone now after naming the exact date and location for an earthquake a week in advance. So here it goes.

Brad Meltzer, take notes, i'm about to show you how it is done, again, so, for this scenario and my next point to be possible we would have to not only target a date which the mortgage industry is going to start having problems. And that is easy, i forecasted that well over two years ago in one of my premelnitions in 2009. I believe that this is going to start in June. So my next thing i am going to need to do is find out which company is going to be the one chosen to be the puppet for the gov and the private elite. And heck, that's one of the easiest parts of this experiment you just look for someone who is standing out more than everyone else.

The first one for anyone in the financial industry to flag and target is a company calld Pimco who has a fund called the Total Return Fund. And i know what you're thinking, what a gay name for a fund but i can assure you that this fund buys and eliminates gov debt. Yes, i didn't stutter, a fund that eliminates government debt. Alright, now i have your attention, sounds fishy huh? Well, i assure you it is but its a brilliant plan and i wish i was the creative genius that came up with it but instead i am at home writing this in my underwear and haven't shaved in two days looking like a bum.

The funds net cash for the total return fund went crazy in february, last month from 5% to 23%. Sounds fishy huh? Trust me, there's enough stanky fish in this clever plan for it to be dubbed the 'flounder fund'. There are a couple of options the government have in case of a situation like this. One is to invite your wallstreet friends over for pizza night at the white house and bank on these funds working or you can wait until the dollar collapses and implement through emergency powers a FIAT system where we can print unlimited amounts of cash. Option one is saving the mortgage industry and porking up on returns from buying assets after they have dropped in value and then porking up on returns after things pick back up and selling them for profit. Or do i go with Plan B which is an emergency FIAT system that could make millionaires into billionaires and make billionaires, well, just billionaires for another 100 years.

Right now, currently, the treasury yields are too low to sustain demand for the governments debt. The ship is sinking and now, plan B is starting to look more attractive to them. So its either take a loss and invest in some other currencies, buy into rare earth elements quickly, let another country buy into some of that debt like China to help out. Oh yeah, which i forgot to mention that they lied to us about. The initial figures we heard months ago were in the range from $200-300 million. Now, it seems the truth always comes a little later and its politics as usual because the exact numbers are around $1.3 - 1.4 trillion that China bought up from us.

If the yields rise to attractive levels, this company, PIMCO will buy them. But too bad for them something has to occur as an event to suede things in their direction for this to happen. The Fed wants to purchase $600 billion in treasuries this June. This is really an ingenius idea and my hat goes off to the financial guru's, however, the GDP growth is only 5% and that's too low for treasury yields right now by 150 basis points. Kind of makes you wonder what is about to occur to make those #'s go up, huh?

They've expected this and they have just cut the mortgage securities from 42% to 34% in this snd and very important step for 'Quantitative Easening'. And since Merrill Lynch was involved with 'put options' and betting on 9/11, someone keep one eye on them since this is all done under their index. Now, this fund is out performing 85% of the other funds in the industry and after this latest surge will continue having 1.30 - 1.50% increases in the coming months. The thing that is hurting this fund the most and the chances for it actually succeeding and securing it before June is rising oil prices. Well, we can blame that on Libya. Which suspiciously happened and the entire middle east went into chaos after DNI and CIA implemented a 35 member task force comprised all of Chief of Stations. All with the objective of mapping out the internets in certain key regions that have not 100% been mapped and linked.

Now that we've successfully mapped cells and terrorists all ove the world and al Qaeda numbers are falling to the lowest they have ever been we have to have something else to do or the troops will come home. Those increase in numbers from skilled contractors coming back unemployed would crush the unemployment numbers. So its all about shifting gears at CIA. Stop chasing cells of 5-8 men or more because they are getting smarter. They know someone will snitch, screw up an op on a computer and give the entire team away so now the big thing is going to be the lone wolves and the lone wolf provisions CIA and DNI have been blowing in the smoke they've been blowing for the couple of months.

Great for the Intelligence Community but bad for the Obama administration as rising oil prices only hinders this company or companies from buying into treasuries. The debt we have now so far is treasuries, agency debt, interest rate derivatives, treasury futures and both options and bank debt that are backed by the FDIC. So those are the playing cards that the players have at the table have right now. Additionally, thefund fund they have right now is called a negative position and that tells us that the next cards to be played are going to be in the form of derivatives, futures or shortening.

Derivatives are used in regards to assets and in this case futures will be important to watch since the agreements are all on buy or sell assets. And those are all based on a specific 'arranged' price and date. That's pretty scary when you think about it but the scariest is shortening. Which is basically borrowing and then selling an asset in "anticipation" of making a profit on it after the price falls and they buy it back. So why have i chosen this company? Well, when a company is outperforming 80% of its competitors and is managing $1.24 trillion just in January i think its time we all take notice.

Now, the absentee-in-chief now has the dubious decision - Relieve pressure in the middle east which will bring down oil prices and create an "IN" for PIMCO to buy back the debt and alleviate the pressures for the gov in June. Or realize that he cannot and should not get involved in Libya. Mr. President, i think its time to fire your advisors and hire me because your only option is to watch the mortgage industry breaks and because of the oil prices the rich tycoons you know will not be willing to get into the fund that could have saved your presidential numbers.

Will the Real Hero Please Stand Up

If I was to describe to you a man who for decades battled the forces of crime, injustice and terrorism with the aid of an awesome array of superhuman powers including night vision, a bullet proof vest and strength far beyond that of any ordinary mortal. Your first initial thought would be that of Superman wouldn’t it? Well, it is true. Supermen and women do live among us and we have seen them in all walks of life.

Heroes are cherished, admired, revered and idolized in every culture. In the United States we honor and respect our veterans above all. At least we claim to, however, a grave injustice has been committed. If a Navy Seal was down, attacked or wrongfully accused our country would rally behind that individual because they answered the highest calling of duty, service and honor.

If Superman was brought to his knees we would do as we all did when we saw, Clark Kent (the late Christopher Reeve), fall to his knees as a mortal man. I don’t know about you but as a young boy I sat at the edge of my seat with my fists clenched cheering for Superman to get up and fight back and to repel his enemies. The same thing can be said now and is true today.

One of my very close friends from the Intelligence Community who is a Christian, a dedicated family man, and an outstanding member of society. An ideal Clark Kent who all of us would love to have as a neighbor. A Marine, a former Navy Seal, DEVGRU operator who after fighting in countless wars, who was sent on covert operations all over the world on sensitive and delicate operations for national security to protect us at the absolute ‘tip of the spear’ was attacked, defeated, abandoned and discredited. In his closet now hangs his Marine dress blues, his Navy dress blues and next to those also in retirement is a Superman cape and uniform. Like Superman, my buddy, Craig Sawyer, stepped into the reversal chamber as Clark Kent did and reversed his powers and became an ordinary man.

And the same feeling as I had as a child still reverberates today as an adult hearing his story “Why would you do that, you are Superman?” For Craig, there was nothing greater than serving his country but like most of our superheroes they pass the baton of courage and honor onto another generation and they move on with families. No more being on 24 hour alert waiting for distress calls or the President to call for help. For those who have served their country and have answered the call in national security you know the calling. You not only love your country and your job but you are called by God into that position of service. In saying that Craig continued on his service by answering his call as a Federal Air Marshall.

Craig Sawyer’s unrelenting struggle with the forces of evil did not stop when he hung up his outfits as a special operator. It continued on at the Transportation Security Administration as a Federal Air Marshall. As an advocate myself, I to know the difficult decision you face when you see wrong doing and step forward. The amount of courage it takes to step forward when you see a violation of the law, fraud and government corruption is a great. Not greater than the amount of courage it takes to offset fear, threats and being targeted by your respective agency after revealing injustices you have seen or experienced.

As an advocate on government secrecy the tale that Craig now has to tell sounds all too familiar and chilling. Speaking out and making your self a target. Being stuck in corners and given no work after being called out for 30 days at a time on short notice and over holidays only to be ignored, passed over and given work that an intern should have been doing. Pulled off assignments and stuck into corners and forgotten because he knew right from wrong and spoke up.

In the Superman saga, a villain known as Lex Luther is Superman’s archenemy and is a fictional character. In real life, you would have never thought that a Luther type character would have existed as a real man. But he did, David Knowlton, the 2nd highest man at the FBI in the criminal division came over to run the show. Knowlton was the source of a lot of hostility for Federal Air Marshalls and it was also true in this case with Craig Sawyer. FBI and Secret Service managers have come over and destroyed the FAM and Homeland Security programs and from what we are seeing currently it is still the same. TSA is being run like the Wild West and a good ole boy network of crooked cronies who are unbridled and arrogant.

When it was penned sometime after 9/11 the only oversight TSA was given was by Secret Service management. A Secret Service Mafia led under the misdirection of Tom Quinn and protected by David Knowlton. To use an accurate analogy the wolf was guarding the hen house and when Knowlton gave the orders they circled the wagons and shot their own.

David Knowlton abused the powers of his wife, Ellen Knowlton, SAC of the FBI’s Vegas field office at the time to do investigations on Air Marshall’s instead of al Qaeda. What a shame, talk about your tax dollars hard at work. With the misuse of power and mismanagement Knowlton was able to pre determine outcomes of investigations, make false accusations and whittle away a FAM program from over 200 Marshalls down to under 50 Marshalls. Gross mismanagement wasn’t all that was going on. If there ever was an investigation or questions raised it was – wink wink, nudge nudge, and have a nice day in the good ole boy network by protecting friends under the secret service regime and mafia who oversaw TSA by holding kangaroo courts and severely abusing authority.

OIG, the Office of Inspector General failed Craig Sawyer.

MSPB, Merit System Protection Board failed Craig Sawyer.

Our elected officials failed Craig Sawyer.

President Obama, you failed all whistleblowers and National Security Whistleblowers by promising us enhanced whistle blower protection laws. We need enhanced whistleblower laws so these type of outrages and offenses do not continue to occur for our next generation of heroes and patriots.

For those who have worked in National Security and who have seen and witnessed an injustice the Modus Operandi is all the same “Silence, Discredit and Destroy” seem to be synonymous with any government service you oppose and come against nowadays. No matter what branch of government you work in. And in several cases if you were a chum chum buddy of the crooked management the outcome is nothing but a slap on the wrist. The case against you was dropped and dismissed while the whistleblower’s career is disrupted. And not to mention his reputation is in question not only for future employment but questioned by his peers, family and colleagues in other agencies. .

President Obama promised us a more transparent government and yet we have not seen it. When are we finally going to get the political leverage to run these crooks out of dodge? When will a policy maker step up and earn their tax dollars and improve transparency, reform whistleblower protection laws by enhancing them and reinstating outstanding Marshalls like Craig Sawyer. Does anyone smell reinstatement and back pay because I sure do?

When our founding fathers created this government, this declaration of Independence and this country they did it with a sense of pride. They did it with honest hard work and integrity. They did it on the backs of national everyday heroes like Craig Sawyer. I know Craig Sawyer personally and professionally and if there is one man I would pick first to be on my team, Craig is that man.

The time for action is now. The time to reform these laws is now. What an injustice it would be to national heroes like Craig Sawyer, Sibel Edmonds, Colleen Rowley, Robert Maclean, Sabrina Desousa and Spencer Pickard. They are our countries Justice League. Tell this story the way it should be told fitting of a couple heroes. The Justice League of America is real and not just read by children in comic book stores as a fictitious super hero team. They are everyday national heroes who have been failed by their governments. All men and women who were called to a greater service and all of those heroes answered the call.

We wouldn’t want to hear a story about a Navy Seal being treated this badly, nevertheless, Superman. So why should we except it in this case. I’m tired of seeing our Gov agencies responsible for protecting millions of traveling being broken while the American people do not even realize how ineffective they really are. And the only person brave enough to stand up and address the serious questions is shut up, stuck in a corner and discredited.

Alan Premel's: Coming in from the Cold

In 1965, a black and white and very dark spy adaptation made its way to the big screen, ‘the spy who came in from the cold.’ ‘The spy who came in from the cold’ is a story about a different time and a very different era where the gentleman spy still existed. The game was different then, the CIA director personally recruited you for operations and you met with him in your final interview and if God forbid anything did happen to you, a Director, an agency and someone would have vouched for you, stood up and stood by your family. It’s not like it is today where you have to deal with legal counsels, an information and privacy coordinator and the infamous CIA Spokesperson.

Back in those days it was much easier when CIA locked you out to endure the frozen tundra, alone, destitute and broken emotionally and financially. If one can imagine it for just a brief second you would say that it couldn’t be that bad. Because you’re a spy right? And if spies can blow up doors with gum, fight off numerous waves all while repelling attackers than how hard is it to survive in the cold? Well, for starters when I was left out in the cold I was alone. And its cold, so there is no one to huddle against to keep you warm.

Second, the host agency doesn’t know you remember? So why would they toss you some kindling and scrap wood to start a fire. You’re a spy, you’ve done this in paramilitary training and in the boy scouts you do not need any help. My advice, gather up as much as you can because its going to be a long brutal winter.

The barren tundra is no place for a spy out in the cold. Make sure to equip yourself with your wool spy jacket and trade your fedora in for a stocking cap because help is not coming. Being an outed spy only means one thing – you have a hundred really cool and interesting stories but everyone thinks you’re full of shit. So make sure to stock your makeshift igloo with some TP and Charmin double quilted or extra soft for sensitive spies.

Make sure that you violate every non disclosure, contract and slippery little document they make you sign along the way and write about it and tuck it away in a safety deposit box in zurich. Why? Because if you do get involved in sneaky ass covert operations years later guess who’s getting a get out of jail free card? Not you. Did you think I was talking about you? No way, you’re screwed and may even face jail time in Italy for your involvements. Some tool at the top whos name rhymes with clavitt, drapes and flack will get a free pass to move on with life and elude prosecution but not you. You go to prison and either way you might as well do it with your name in tact and at least with the moniker of spy attached to your name and not poser premel.

So if you tucked away any hard cash and deserved covert coin you’ve earned over the years go ahead and cash that out to pay for a proctologist to get that Italian made boot out of your butt. Oops, I meant to say lawyer who specializes in national security and dealing with people who have been banished from the kingdom, sent to the island of misfit toys and yes, left out in the cold.

Way back then an agency might have stood for you. Back then the media wouldn’t have discredited you and back then if it ever came down to court cases, an agency would have paid for it. The world has changed and the gentleman spy is no more. Congress will turn on you like a pack of wolves and the legal divisions will circle you like hungry sharks just waiting for you to dip one foot into the waters so they can devour you whole. A do not think or considering becoming a whistleblower. Tattle tellers are dealt with in a very gentleman spy type of way and given the same treatment as Russian defectors. A little rat poison in some coffee or some radioactive yellowcake in tea never hurt a man did it?

It's only one man or one woman against an agency, or a country. It is not just a reputation to uphold, there are careers, agenda’s, agencies to consider and even Presidential legacies and lets not forget the most important of all NATIONAL SECURITY. So, any clues, details, persons who can help or any details that can even save you cannot be presented or shared with foreign courts due to very top secret and hush hush. So explain to your families that if things get bad there will be no one standing up for you. And remember this. No matter how bad rendition gets, has gotten will ever become we all signed up for this and we all took an oath.

I woke up in the cold again today wondering how I didn’t die in the night. Wondering why I never froze to death and wondering how I continued on despite all the negativism and loneliness. So if you are reading this and saw the letter a year ago about a new President who promised us a warm place to sleep, to hide and a safe place to discuss what happened to us. Don’t worry, you are not alone. President Obama made the same promise to me and I am still sitting out here in the cold, alone and haven’t had one person stand for me or anyone to offer me a jacket. Dead to an agency and left out to in the cold indefinitely. The door that was once was open and that threw me out has frozen over, completely covered in ice and snow. And while I was looking for the door I found my former partner out here too, alone, shot in the back and left for dead face down.

Over a year ago, I violated my gag order when I posted this onto his memorial site. I will copy and paste it here and say it again for the world. But this time I say it as a national security whistleblower, un-gagged and tested beyond belief, imagination and regret. Haters, hate on, Bob Maclean, i wish i had it as easy as you unfortunately, 6 of our 8 have already been killed and i was physically beaten 4 times to shut up. This is what i posted.

He didn't look as big as his heart was, however, he appeared to be straight out a Soprano's, Godfather or the movie Casino. He looked and talked the part with a Capone esque persona about him. Some say he talked too much about Intelligence and his work with CIA, his boasting and reinvigorated back combed spy appeal worked for for him. Maybe too much. Nonetheless, with his salt and pepper hair he carried his power with no words.

You trained me, you taught me everything i know. We saw the world, he shared countless laughs in countless countries. The impact you have had on my life is amazing and i can only thank you now. The disclosure of names, companies and identities sent ripples into a covert world and our disclosure overturned two networks overseas. CIA was forced to deny you due to the foreign nationals linked and tied to you over the years. I knew you for 10 years and talked to you everyday for 7 years. Since you have been gone i was left to answer difficult questions to two dozen intelligence and law enforcement agencies. Everyday without you has been difficult, a struggle defending our names. It seems in the end i am the only one who was willing to and had the integrity enough to stand for you.

I hope that as you look down you can say you've been proud of me. I have tried to do the best i could. I got attacked from Congress, FBI, CIA, everyone. And the HPD still messes with me to this day. In your final minutes you called my house and i am sorry i was not home at the time. The outcome would have been different. With tears i can only thank you for touching my life, being an inspiration, and being a rock during the hardest times during my life. Overseas whether training me or in risky situations you calmed me and always had great advice and the funniest stories.

You are missed more than you ever know. i still eat and drink at our old places when i am in town. The halls of the CIA miss you, all of the girls made it out but some others didn't. A group of us is coming to see you soon, all of us. On Behalf of a grateful nation, thank you for being who you were in my life. You never lacked the courage, the integrity or the faith""
This is my first posting of many on his mysterious life and work.

As I step out now from the shadows and tell this difficult story it is so that I can move onto the future and another chapter in my life. Serving with him and my tenure through dark circles was not the beginning. It was an end, staying alive in the cold and surviving everything that came at us from our own side was the beginning. The storms keep coming no matter if they are political, intelligence, legal or haters they are always pounding us from different directions. The frostbite set in long ago, I have been numb to everything for two years now. No longer feeling the pain, no longer hearing the hate, only longing for death to take me too.

Realizing now that there is no more spy left in me. I am just a man trying to survive the cold forgetting who I once was. Congress, if you can hear me, please reform and enhance new whistleblower protection laws so we can step out and speak so that others will not have to go through what we had to go through with a witch hunt for anyone and everything that was attached to extraordinary Rendition and for the ones who were pushed out and still remain in the cold.

Rendition, CIA's Political Onion

After going through legal and emotional hell over the CIA’s extraordinary rendition program I know all too well the very sad and lonely walk it was. I struggled to find ways to relate it to friends. Rendition, for me, consumed my life. It dominated my thoughts and every waking hour. As those like (name omitted) can attest to, you’d find yourself sitting for hours on end worrying and stressing about what could happen.

I gave up too many wonderful years of my life worrying about rendition as life passed me by. As an American going through rendition and as a veteran of the program you would think you would be trumpeted as a hero. The attacks on me were lethal because of the venom. My case is very different than the cases of those involved in Milan but the treatment we faced and the words to describe us were all the same. I received emails from opponents on the far left who scorned me and others for our involvements. For my involvements in 2002-2003, I was personally called a kidnapper, torturer and evil Bush henchman far too many times.

When you are legally gagged and there is nothing you can do but sit on your hands, meanwhile, not being able to answer simple questions or difficult questions because of state secrets and national security. It was a very sad existence and the pain and hurt we all felt and endured, I hope that is all but a memory now as we all have been granted new lives to start over. Now, as I am able to talk I find myself not wanting to. Sick of talking about it and defending myself. I have become so jaded and defensive on everything.

In recent months in the past year I have had to personally defend unforgiving comments about us getting what we deserved and person who said we all deserved life in prison. I love how a patriotic country refused to stand by us and a world would simply accept the words of an accused terrorist and detainee over career officers. These cases to us were always like an Onion. I’ve used metaphors on chess before in describing it and I’ve also used creative analogies referring to the many changing stages and layers it has also had. At each step and at each level it would be accurate to describe it as an Onion. Never knowing what would and could come next. Thinking you are done only to be hit with something more complex and even more scary. For those who know what happened in Houston with our private firm, we had to publicly discredit ourselves to get some distance between things.

To be a private contractor who was linked and tied to these programs was very scary considering that time in an Italian prison came along with it and chances of continuing a career you love was gone. Not to mention the sensitivity around your job and the implications around acknowledging who and what you were. So you were not only cast off into the night but when they tossed you overboard in the night there was nothing, no life preserver or raft. When you kill hope, live with regret and are told that you cannot even be who you were its extremely damaging. The only thing to do is cry and pray and you can forget about having your friends and colleagues talk to you. You’re a risk to everyone and they will treat you like the black plague. So loneliness and isolation become a great friend in dark times.

When I was a child I can remember a story about George Washington eating onions before bed to ward off a cold. I used to cringe and say yuck, as I do not eat onions at all in my diet, or should I say lack of a diet? Onions are chock-full of vitamins C, B1 and B6. And for spies a healthy dose of potassium, phosphorous and fiber will make up for and be sustaining for all the lies we told during our sneaky silent work. Onions are not universally appealing to the human pallet and so can equally be said about senior members at CIA, namefully, DDO’s and ADDO’s, and station chiefs who have managed to do a limbo under scrutiny of the Italians and other international investigations with a ‘get out of jail free card’ in their hands.

Listen up spies and all alleged criminally masterminds of rendition snatch teams, onions are part of the plant genus allium. They are in the same family as garlic and chives and have volatile organic molecules called amino acid sulfoxides. Which coincidently, are powerful enough to make any spy cry who is not looking at one of the many types of immunity. Maybe Washington had it all figured out and knew something we do not. Maybe he dealt with the same political vampires in congress and on capital hill that still haunt and hang from trees upside down.

Who are carefully waiting for vulnerable unsuspecting spies who do not have immunity and love to play political soccer with your careers and reputations. All at the expense of, hidden agendas, back room deals and saving their own skins in a light proof and armor plated coffin. Have no fear, I am now adding Onions and garlic to the spy toolkit and you should be able to access it and wear full cloves around you neck at your next rendition hearing or meeting with a senator who masquerades as one of your most valiant and supportive policymakers.

So whether it is Secret Law, Rendition and Extraordinary Rendition, enhancing Whistleblower Protection Laws or simply to get your keyster off the grill with Rendition. Remember that onions always go great with kabobs since onions possess the same amino acids as garlic and should ward off all political vampires who want to profit and make a national mockery out of a former president. And if the garlic fails just remember that religion has not been seen and crosses and bibles have been banned all over the country and in Washington. So you can always keep a cross in your suit pocket and stick it to the forehead of a political rendition vampire.

Looking back, as we peeled back some of the hardest layers of the onion I cried. When your hot potato is on the grill for rendition, I promise you, you’ll cry once or twice. It will get real lonely real fast and no one will come to your rescue, well, unless you pay them a minimum of $10,000 to represent you for starters and $100,000 to take on a foreign government. I refused to talk and took my rights as an American to be silent and after I was arrested I came home and collapsed in the shower.

My treatment by local authorities and being in holding tanks with the most violent of offenders was worse than any treatment I gave to detainees tied to rendition. You’ll get called names, you’ll get threatened, you’ll be called a torturer. So just remember when Chef Pelosi, and other brilliant chefs at CIA, Culinary Institute of America (no pun intended) start cutting into those onions (your life and reputation) that it’s alright to cry as every stroke of the knife dissects your life. Your former career, a legacy, and a reputation all fair game to be made into a circus by young writers who want to make a career for themselves by having an exclusive on you and you’ll be forced to sit in the corner gagged with a mouth under lock and key.

The vapors from the oil will overcome you as they did for me when I was yelled at, scorned and branded with a scarlet letter ‘C’ for Criminal. Do not fall victim and believe the lies. You know who you are and your family and friends know who you are. You are not a criminal as you say to yourself as the oils affect the nerves in your nose. You are not a torturer, as you repeat that mantra over and over again in your mind as it makes your eyes water.

The onions exact a brief uncomfortable physiological toll to those who dare slice through them. After a few minutes of being accused of water-boarding and physical torture, the tangy scent wafts up to your nose and your eyes begin to water. They are an irritant similar to those involved, both parties on both sides who have played you as a pawn and before you know it when you realize you cannot trust anyone and you are left alone to fend for yourself it becomes a full on cry fest. Wondering how you could go from where you came to where you are going.

A great life and any chance of a legacy are gone forever under the scrutiny and speculation of an unforgiving and cruel world. Your reputation can be defined and easily commented online by a 300 pound, unknown persons who you have never met, yet they seem to know you so well. They are quick to label you as a spy, not a spy, a fraud, a criminal and are quick to pass judgment as Henry the eighth once quipped “Off with their heads!” They are probably sitting in their underwear at their mom and dads house at 40 with no job ridiculing you and non-delicately dictating and controlling how you are perceived and remembered in the blogosphere and archived for eternity.

And then there are the local haters you knew growing up or knew locally. These losers are the worst. You’ll never understand the fascination they have with bringing you down and continually ripping your heart out as it seems to give them great pleasure. And after a year of using your own money to fight online slander with a publicist or lawyer you are informed of who it is and you can only shake your head in dismay at the hate. Some people will never understand your plight, your story and it’s none of their business. You will be overcome with the sheer amount of hate for you and your tiger team members from the internet, policymakers and human rights activists.

You’re a spy, your skin is tough and thick you were born for this accepting and continually hearing and dealing with the hate does not always easily roll of your back Sometimes, the attacks are too close to home and you may lose friends and family over it.

And this only triggers your reflex tears which act as a lubricant which are located in the eyelids in the Lachrymal glands. But you’re more advanced than that. You’re a spy and you have special spy tears. Special glands develop at your time at Camp Peary during your paramilitary training.

So spy tears are impenetrable to smoke, flash bang grenades, tear gas, onions and eventually haters. God didn’t create all spies to be equal but he did give us an incredible defense mechanism for flushing invaders out of our eyes. Do not continually worry about what is going to happen and do not expect anyone to come around and cheer you up. All smiles and improvements in behavior should be and is only expected by only you. We’re all going to make it. Like cockroaches we’ll survive the fallout after the rendition holocaust because we’ve all been fitted with enhanced features.

So just remember what Tom Hanks says in ‘a league of their own’, “Crying, there’s no crying in intelligence.” Okay, I’m a spy, I lied, it’s what we do and you know he didn’t say that but were stronger than this, there’s no crying in rendition. So stop your crying and grab a former criminal counterpart and give them a reason to smile. Now lets hold our heads high as we march back into Washington and enhance whistleblower laws for all whistleblowers. Be careful because Italian and political vampire are abound and lurk behind every corner as we once did in the shadows. After Italy, the world and all our haters have taken their shots at us.

How do we rebuild? How do we move on and who corrects this shameful light we have been presented in as criminals, fugitives and torturers? Who will be there to stand up for us and to clean and clear the image and the canvas that has been painted? No one will. It’s the business we are in. You accept it and you move on. Congress, CIA and President Obama, this better be the last layer of this onion called rendition.

Lions and Tigers and Spies, Ohh My!! The Death of Roland Carnaby

“Spoiler alert this article contains information that will ruin a good conspiracy.”

It’s still dark, but it’s going to be a glorious dawn, and here I am sleepless, wide awake with a lot on my mind. After contemplating and lost in deep thought on the balcony I returned indoors gathered up my room key, slipped on my addidas tennis shows and pulled down my black Texas Longhorns ball cap as I made my way to the lobby of the Crown Plaza Hotel at Prague Castle.
I do not drink coffee; however, the coffee aroma works its magic reminding me of home in Houston Texas. Waking up to mornings when my mother brewed her own coffee as the aroma filled the entire house. It has been almost been six months since we lost my mother to breast cancer on October 4, 2009.

I poured a cup of coffee and settle in to a comfy seat in the lobby as the warm cup comforting my hands in the cool and still morning air not drinking but just holding and reflecting. My mind consumed with the same issues it has been plagued with for six months. Dealing with the aftermath of Rendition cases with CIA and the Intelligence Community, the death of my mother and shifting back and forth from business ideas, progress on the books I am writing, the suspicious suicides surrounding buddies who worked clandestinely and the senseless and continued pursuit of the Italians on us and officers at CIA for rendition.

Not to mention an unforgiving media and a government and CIA that does not seem willing in the support offices to protect us much alone to invoke immunities on officers who served with honor and are not only consummate professionals but should be American heroes. I zipped up my light but warm sports jacket and made my way to the outside of the hotel as a young and very beautiful Czech girl greeted me with “rano”, good morning in Czech.

The receding night sky surrenders, breath by breath, minute by minute to a glow coming from the east. And there it is: Iconic Prague Castle, silhouetted now from behind by a slow motion light show that turns from black-purple to red, then a soft pink with silent gray clouds scudding by.

It is the netherworld between night and day, the stars clinging stubbornly to their perches. As the sky slowly comes alive, the castle begins to reveal itself in the weak light, the black outline of the dark sky against the edges of the castle are now catching a lavender reflection of the sky above. The landscape and buildings which had no scale before seem pretty big now. I fought, questioned and wrangled with the decision to return for weeks now every single friend encouraging me to not return and to start a new life over.

I have had and have offers now to return to work for private intelligence and defense firms and have now decided on this trip not to accept. God has given me the ability and the chance to walk away from a public disclosure case where covert names broke and governments were investigating the identities of everyone tied to and associated with Extraordinary Rendition, a controversial kidnapping and torture program by CIA. As I walk around the corner I now disappear into the darkness starting over with a new life away from the poisonous world of intelligence and what happened two years ago.

The Chronicle Article:
As much as we all hated it and dreaded it, the very one sided and extremely biased hate piece done by Mike Tolson in the Houston Chronicle saved lives. It gave connecting pieces, namely foreign nationals, classified business association’s time to distance them and disassociate them from Carnaby.

Being gagged I was never afforded the opportunity to defend myself or Carnaby which I would have done honorably and vigorously. With the Italians hot on anyone and anything that was CIA or associated to the extraordinary rendition program, a discrediting piece on us was a Godsend in ways and in other ways a nightmare. For me, the article was hard to digest as a man’s legacy, name and lifetime of community outreach and philanthropic efforts was destroyed. For me who was rumored to be involved in extraordinary rendition in 2002 before I got married the article discrediting me was a ticket out of the international limelight from what was going on at the time in cases such as Abu Omar case which at the time was drawing the most attention. Who wants to be publicly discredited?

I sure didn’t but when it came to talk from the Italians about prosecuting officers for life terms, 30 years and reduced sentences of 20 years, hell yes I was willing to be stuck in a corner and labeled a dunce. Discrediting allowed 100% of the media heat to stop, annoying and harassing emails, I could sleep at night knowing I had no connections to DOD, CIA, NSA or the Intelligence Community, let alone some rag tag joker firm in Houston.

Some of the outrageous claims on the internet bled onto the Chronicle article and it was exaggerated claims such as me dating Paris Hilton and being awarded a $41 million dollar contract from a wrongful termination at CIA. We knew where the confusion came from and I was not even at liberty to defend and retaliate against such statements.

I was wrongfully terminated from a position in 2001, none of which is anyone’s business and the $41 million was from Mark Zaid’s client Adam Ciralski who was wrongfully terminated from CIA. Whoever wrote the propaganda and disinformation on the internet knew details about Carnaby and the firm but was not in the loop with the current day to day operations. They only knew that who was running his firm up until 2006 was me and that I had been wrongfully terminated. And after I left in 2006, another man named Adam, but not Ciralski had headed the firm. So it was understandable how wires got crossed that ultimately made me looked like a stooge with a thumb in my mouth.

After finally agreeing that a discrediting piece would be good distance from CIA and rendition since it placed my employment as a FedEx driver. This instead of some self glorified douche bag spy hob-knobbing around the world globetrotting with Paris Hilton or some about to be convicted kidnapper and linking me to rendition. After swallowing my pride I finally understood that this was the only way to move on with life, an exit and a new way to start over. A discrediting piece was the only way to go for me. It was hard and hitting rock bottom emotionally, spiritually and mentally was not healthy but overall two years later and looking back it has made me stronger. Jaded and defensive as hell but it made me stronger.

While agreeing with the discrediting as a whole I did not agree with the extent of the discrediting. They had reported that I was 32 and was living at home with my parents.

Something that disgusted me and to this day does not sit right with me and never will. I was doing what any and every son should have been doing and that was being there for a mother who had cancer and helping assist with daily chores. I should have been praised for it and not made to sound like some loser son.

The Porn star
In 2006, shortly before I stopped working for the firm I was in a relationship with Laura Madden, the former porn star known as Yvette Wimberley. Up until her case broke and she was doing a piece with Inside Edition, I was unaware that she was an adult film star and had done porn. She had not done any work for the industry a year before we started dating and had become a Christian.

I have nothing bad to ever say about her she is and was very professional, beautiful inside more than she was outside and she had an incredible sense of humor and I miss her friendship. I spotted something in her that I disowned in myself. By watching her go through her case I saw a superwoman handle it perfectly. Watching her balance and orchestrate it all only gave me more confidence when my case came around ten months later. When the flame was out I stoked and blew on the coals as best I could and to no avail our fire was out. We both move on with life without each other. She has an amazing heart and soul and whatever or whoever she is with in life now I can only wish her the best and many blessings for her now.

Identities & Journalists:
The identities of covert officers are truly that, covert. So if you ever believe that any journalist is going to uncover a name and leak it, think again. From the beginning this story was so far out of the control and reach of the local media that to be an insider you just have to sit back and laugh. To see half baked articles drop and fumble the ball as much as they did in Carnaby’s case was embarrassing. Just as the cases we have seen with the other rendition officers, the truth will never come out and your relentless pursuit to know about identities and the inside story on a black program makes all of it into a circus as the Italians and media have done.

AFIO Houston and Wayne Madsen in 2008, tried to revive Carnaby and blow some credibility into the story. As much as I appreciated seeing finally for once a crediting piece on Carnaby saying he was CIA it also left me deeply saddened.

The investigative piece went into detail that Carnaby was a member of the National Clandestine Service. As crediting as that may sound it did more damage than good. Now in my telling of whom he is I have to now clean up and sweep up the animal peanuts you now left on the ground after the parade. Roland Carnaby worked largely with the National Security Agency, always. He had beautiful and powerful relationships with those at CIA and even was contracted out on many CIA operations over the years. But he was never part of the NCS. Let’s take a step back for a second and think about it from another approach. It is not fair to those who are in the Clandestine Service to have someone saying they are when they were not. It is an extreme disservice to those individuals, their service and their sacrifice.

If we are going to tell the story let’s at least give his wife the respect of the truth and the same to the officers who worked in those officers. It is only fair. The same can be said for CIA contractors. I was a civilian contractor but does it give me the right to say I was officially CIA?

Some say yes and some say no. But when it comes to this case, this reputation and something that can be verified later I am not going to be going on the record telling fibs that can come back on me later. I think after all the lying that went on during all the cases that its time we finally tell the truth so a wife can know. Why would someone be as foolish enough to have a list with company names, contracts, dates, tail numbers of planes for rendition is beyond me? However, HPD reported something being thrown out his window during the chase that was never recovered and it was the list of names.

I go into great detail about the list and everything involved in my book to dispel the rumors. Wayne Madsen had everyone believing he was in possession of a suit case sized nuclear weapon and that he had recovered it in the ship channel and was being pursued by the intrigues of Mossad. So was he Mossad or wasn’t he Madsen? The device he actually had in his possession was a briefcase with four CCTV screens inside that were linked to remote cameras he could set up.

He believed Congress and those on the left had burned him (liberal democrats) were after the list and wanting to know who members associated to Bush and rendition were.
Uncovering a list with everyone on it would spell disaster for Bush and his credibility and would lead beautifully into investigations of wrongdoing in the war on terrorism. Very simple things to understand which have never been explained and should have been uncovered by you if you had done the investigative journalism you should have done in the first place.

CIA is not an Intelligence agency; it is a covert action agency. It’s not the boy scouts, his name and others should never have seen the light of day. CIA does not share its files and names of covert officers to anyone. No FBI agents know of your identity and if you are in the FBI and you are foolish enough to think that even data mining software or even an FBI Director or Senior Counter Intelligence officer knows the identity of covert operatives than you are gravely mistaken.

There is not one cop who would know, no judges, no district attorney’s, FBI, or even national security journalists would not know. Protecting your identity is a sacred thing. It is the essence of your survival. Even individuals as low as under cover’s in police departments do not have more than a couple of people know who they are. And even not in intelligence but in law enforcement work it is sacred.

So if you are reading this and you’re a cop and think you’re a top shot and think you can run any name and know anything about anyone, again you are gravely mistaken. Do not let your low level service get to your head and think you are invincible and all knowing because you have no idea. Not one of those clowns knows anything about extremely classified names, identities and sensitive details about what offices they may or may not have been attached to.

A recent case to look to and better to help understand covert identities is the case of Jovica Stanisic, head of Serbian death squads was head of their intelligence services. While facing war crimes at The Hague it was revealed that he was a CIA spy. He was the head of his countries intelligence services and yet not one person suspected it. The emerging picture painted of Stanisic and Carnaby is starting to show as a quaint reflection in the forest of mirrors carefully set up by CIA and their officers.

On the Wall of Honor at CIA it is the first reminder that not only are these identities classified in life but they even remain classified into death. So it is not anything new that CIA can continue to deny someone even after they are deceased. It is their job to protect ongoing missions, contacts and relationships that may be linked to a business, name or a face.

Roland for many years worked with a CIA team called the Covert Action Staff. Along with the U.S. Secret Service this very small and specialized team readies and visits countries and cities in advance to a President’s arrival. Was he CIA? No. Was he Covert Action Staff? No. He worked with assets, sources, go betweens and officer within that office but was never one of them. None of that ever broke and no one has ever heard it. No journalist would have ever known about that fraction of an assignment or contract he was working. You’ll never know. There are thousands of people right now who are assisting our country and committing treason in their own. Why?

Because they believe in democracy, freedom and they were actively recruited by men and women like Carnaby who were daring enough to accept that challenge. So as the Bible tells us that not even our best and most calculated guesses on the exact second coming of Christ or the end of the world is coming. You can be reassured that it is the same principle with covert officers and identities. You will never know. So when CIA uses one of its propaganda tools (the media) to release information just remember that.

FedEx & FBI HoustonA beautiful part of this story which is not suitable for this blog and this discussion is two operations I worked at in Houston which had involvement with CIA and the Counter Terrorism Task Force working jointly with FBI Houston. To tell this difficult part of the story it is only suitable for the book and has to be scrutinized and reviewed by the Publication and Review Board at CIA and done through my national security lawyer. All operation names, target names and dates will be given but not suitable for this medium today.

When Roland Carnaby was gunned down by cops in the street reaching for his blackberry on April 29, 2008, he did not receive the obligatory tributes at NSA and CIA that spies get when they die. Or the long obituary you’d expect from a man who served over 30 years in the intelligence community. A man, who knew Presidents, heads of state and every CIA director over the past 30 years. No public professions of loss from friends and colleagues that led into his legacy. He was never afforded that last and enduring right.

Roland served covertly in the service of his country for what was believed to be 32 years (many insiders, like I believe it was 22 years) and when he died there was no sense of national mourning instead a calculated disinformation campaign waged by FBI Houston and the Houston Chronicle. No special services for fallen officers and rare individuals who have touched the American soul.

For three decades as he served, he tirelessly gave back to every fallen officer program from law enforcement to intelligence and dedicated his own earnings and contributions to the wives and children of fallen officers. When Mike Spann was the first CIA casualty in the early years in the war on terrorism it was Roland Carnaby who pushed me to create my first business ‘Intelligence Kids’. A man who supported the fallen officers program of the same exact police department that shot and brought him to the ground. In fact, the picture with Houston Police Chief William Hurt that was seen in media pieces is another example of such outreach to the families of fallen officers.

Roland Carnaby wasn’t just any 55 year old anymore than he was just any spy. He had long since passed into a pantheon where his likeability and experience transmuted him into a mentor and a hero. His flat, Lebanese accented baritone rarely raised above a murmur. He didn’t have to shout but when this man spoke people listened. If you would have believed the propaganda you would have remembered him as a mustachioed villain instead of a hero. A man who’s hubris and recklessness caused personal disaster. Real life is always stranger than fiction. Nobody would believe this in print. And the truth is that even at his worst he was a great man who endowed me into a new sense of responsibility

Instead, everyone was unsure of where to cast their loyalty and unscrupulous individuals like Wayne Madsen tried desperately to proffer from ridiculous side show ideas to revive and always blow unnecessary life into an already confused story. Madsen was slowly beginning to see this new Frankenstein come to life as conspiracy enthusiasts latched onto this unbelievable story which he contrived was an Israeli spy in Houston who had uncovered the next 9/11 plot in Houston. S

uch fallacies started to etch and create a new conspiracy into the mirrored forest of mis-direction, dis-information and lies. An untruth which he could help mold and shape from its badly stained beginning. Madsen so assiduously hawks what he calls the truth and it’s nothing more than canned and conjured up bull*@#% and delusions. The attacks on me were lethal because of their venom and Madsen was so grossly inaccurate that he had so generously painted me in on one of his hour long audio plugs about Carnaby that I had worked for UPS and not FedEx.

Soon, it was evident and apparent that the story had more x-factor than a tic tac toe board and was successful in pumping out as much *@#% than a rubber poop factory. How could you be both a man who knew too much and who also never was? Was he some loner, wannabe fraud who was successful in his mysterious death to achieve short lived notoriety as a spy?

And through his demise was able to be forever be remembered and would be eternally coined as what he had always wanted and aspired to be? Or was he carried solely on the friendships he had acquired in life posthumously riding the coattails into eternity, forever remembered as a CIA spy as the Houston Press stated in 2009? A piece to this day was he best and most far well balanced piece on his life and death so far.

Patience in this story has been a virtue for those who were calm enough to wait and give their opinions and evaluations two years. So far up until this date we have learned that the truth was all just a lie. Nothing could be more disheartening after two years only to see details emerging that he was so clearly a federal intelligence contractor. Denying him was the biggest lie of all.

A lie so bold and daring it would not be believed if you heard it in passing if you knew this man personally. The articles weren’t even accurate and anyone could obviously see who blended facts from fiction and then writing them so unsuccessfully into a cloak and dagger disinformation campaign to discredit great men. The sketchy and inaccurate pieces provided a vague and inaccurate epilogue that did no justice to an amazing story and cherished life. A deep and dark plot so entrenched in lies that it painted an unnecessary veneer of falsehood over an already complex and confusing layer on top of a difficult and vague canvas of ambiguity.

Wayne Madsen made a very daring accusation that Roland Carnaby worked CIA paramilitary operations in Laos. After conducting research of my own with CIA operations personnel from Laos I uncovered that the only one man Tony Fitzpaldi could have been a possible match for “our tony.” Fitzpaldi took a medical retirement in 1969 when he refused to take a polygraph after being accused of raping a Laotian girl. I could not dispel such blatant lies since I was gagged.

While being gagged, I was accused of deftly keeping an audience waiting. I was gagged. Anonymity and protecting identities was essential. Was he a spy, if so, for whom? None of it really mattered to anyone outside of the courtroom and cases and frankly, it was none of anyone’s business and still isn’t. Wayne Madsen even had everyone believing for awhile during his puppet show of Carnaby that he was even Mossad. A fiery coal so hot that it only means one thing and that is that Carnaby was a double agent and had betrayed and lied to every colleague and he worked with and was also successful in deceiving CIA Directors, a former President, Heads of State, his wife and family.

Unspoken truths by Madsen which if you break them down mean more than just the word Mossad. The Israeli Mossad hands down and by far is unquestionably the greatest intelligence agency in the world but Carnaby was not Mossad.
He left an unmistakable wide trail in the wake of his death and difficult questions for us to answer in investigations. And in the end after the smoke settled and the fogged cleared out and being left broken, with confusion, dismay, horror and shock it ended up being all right. We made it out alive, damaged, and discredited but alive nonetheless.

My dad was hard on me growing up and he pushed us for times like this. Never knowing how strong I was until I was left onto the battlefield to deal with this abandoned, scared and not one person coming to my rescue. My dad did not raise a wimp, my mother did not raise a liar and a criminal and how dare you take shots at us for you cannot fathom what it is like to abandon everything safe and sane and go undercover giving up your identity.

Over the past two years after I was unashamedly targeted for scrutiny, hate and unsolicited advice. I have made it no secret about this life and at the very moment they mocked me I have allowed media to come into my life, allowed those in government to come into my life, was receptive to taking and passing two polygraphs, was professionally vetted by two intelligence firms and when I was arrested was arrested with credentials on me and I was never arrested for impersonating a federal officer and never served any time behind bars. Which consequently would have been 20-30 years in a federal prison?

The human element of recounting how titans in intelligence and covert action who took on too much risk and ended up collapsing through public disclosure. Was it all a lesson in humility, risk taking at the extremes or getting to the top of a ladder in the world of covert operations? I tried telling this story with the truth and sorry it is not as excited as him brandishing a firearm and saving Houston from a suitcase sized nuclear weapon and sorry that he was not a part of the national clandestine service. I could have taken the easy road like Madsen and lied to get viewership up and sparking interest in the story and maybe that is what people wanted to hear. Instead people seemed eager to hear the lies and conspiracy.

Or would you rather hear the truth? Unknown truths like he used the name Tony Luciano ever since the barracks bombings in Beirut and was wildly known as “Lucky Luciano” or would you want to hear about some half baked truth about him working with the National Clandestine Service, an office and title he never had or carried, ever. Disgracing the officers who have earned those offices, titles and it can be clearly and quickly dispelled as hogwash. His family will want to hear stories about him escorting me around day one in socks since he had a squeaky shoe or that when he stayed in Europe the alias he used at hotels was Barnaby Rudge, a character created up not by him but by Charles Dickens in the Knickerless Knickleby.

He was a man with great vision and intelligence but always a mentor who like my father gently nudged me to become something greater than what I was. I looked to him for acknowledgement, approval and to hear that he was proud. And now as I stand at the corner of secrecy and betrayal realizing the true definition of plausible deniability I wish I could hear his voice saying, “I am proud of you.” This attempt to write about him to see him through the same eye I saw him, my summation of a man, a spy, who in a short run set the standard for me and a few others to reach for.

If I have failed you in representing those facts and truths I am sorry but this is how I knew and remembered this man. As for me and my new life I am walking away around the corner now walking away from this life trying to reclaim the right to dream big again. Chess has always been the dominant metaphor I have used in explaining this case, his death and what chance of a legacy this man has left. This isn’t a textured adaptation in a john le carre novel or some action packed weekly episode of 24 where you believe it’s more cunning than resonant.

This was a real man and real identities were intertwined as I quickly realized I was merely an expendable pawn in the great game that we were playing. It ruined lives and ruined families. I wish it would have been easy to explain and a linear story but it wasn’t. It was multi-layered and very complex. The accusations hurt and not being able to really say what you were was hard. It all had me wound as tight as a Swiss watch. Many recommended that I took somewhat of a lower profile and being disassociated might not be such a bad thing. I couldn’t move on knowing that the parts we were instrumental in with rewriting history and being apart of it was being written in a different shade of grey. Our failures are always trumpeted and our successes are never publicized and there is no sense of public recognition, ever. And that is okay because we knew that coming into this we both took an oath.

Despite the opposition I felt compelled to defend my family name and pressed hard to protect my increasingly tarnished reputation while being gagged. I was still shrouded in disbelief and cynically written off as a pawn, insiders wished I would shut up and probably died. The bare bones of the plot against us are still intact and remain today as a haunting reminder to how close I came to dying or going to prison. Gone now is so much noise that troubled us early with a rueful disquiet leading to an ironic finale to only find out that he was “something” to the Intelligence Community.

Roland swore to an oath and willfully embarked on operations with no official connections to CIA and the U.S. There was no protection and security and he was well aware that if something went wrong it was going to go very wrong. He always operated a small team always with a common balance of specialization and recognizability. Some felt there was a lack of explanation of his death and his mysterious life which reinforced his unfortunate fate as road kill.

For me and the others who knew him closely it was all too simple. He believed in his final three weeks that he was betrayed. Whether you believe what he was or not he did not believe he was above the law. He believed he was justified in his actions and evading the police. He did break the law that day and he was not above the law. The case would have been different if he had not run out of gas that day and had been able to continue on and pull up in front of former President George Bush’s house in River Oaks. Nevertheless, he died an unfortunate death as a result to his foolish actions. During my silent service with a decade of undercover work that started at Global Investigations in Humble Texas before moving into the last seven years which I served as a private contractor –

I would be lying if I digress that my moral compass was not comprehensively shaken. I lost my innocence; I lost my personality and a large piece of me. I walked into and waded in what appeared to be crystal blue waters which ended up being secrecy swamps. The secrets, lies and deception swallowed me up and consumed me whole, trapped and confined to an ideal and belief I did not sign up for.

So in the end as a man of faith I have to say in the end that there are no easy answers and Roland left us with some incredibly difficult questions to answer. Can the implication that fundamentally decent men can be asked to do too much in the name of principle? And that subtext, that line of thought brought me to a greater understanding of who I am now and how to walk away now with a new lease on life and to start over.

My strong love of family and faith in God gave me the fortitude to hang in there when the times got the toughest. Through faith and support I maintained this poker-faced joviality through the darkest and loneliest chapters of my life, awaking now out of a fog, deep depression and missing an old friend.

So as I walk around the corner around Prague castle I disappear forever and to never return to the life, career and job I miss and loved I leave you with this public comment I left after his death on the public site, lasting memories but remember this mantra in my head everyday - The modus operandi of the government if you dare come against them is silence, discredit and destroy.

“I was unable to attend his service as they buried his remains in the earth as a seed of immortality. Our hearts were saddened, yet at the same time filled with joyful hope and profound gratitude for this life who touched so many and personally to myself as a mentor. I worked with Roland Carnaby for 7 years in U.S. Intelligence; he was a father, a brother and a mentor. He found himself in a world wrapped and intertwined in lies, tutored in deception and he was familiar with that tradecraft.

A brilliantly gifted man who knew 7 languages, gifted with the compassion of Lincoln and his kindness knew no boundary. To stereotype this great man would not be fair because of the way he looked. He didn’t look as big as his heart was; however, he appeared to be straight out of a Soprano’s Godfather or movie Casino. He looked and talked the part with a Capone esque persona about him. Some say he talked too much about intelligence and his work with CIA, his boasting and reinvigorated back combed spy appeal worked for him. Maybe too much. Nonetheless, with his salt and pepper hair he carried his power with no words.

Roland, you recruited and trained me and taught me everything I know. We saw the world; we shared countless laughs in countless countries. The impact you have had on my life is amazing and I can only thank you now. The disclosure of names, companies and identities sent ripples into a covert world and our disclosure overturned two networks overseas. CIA was forced to deny you due to the foreign nationals linked and tied to you over the years. I knew you for 10 years and talked to you everyday and worked with you for 7 years. Since you have been gone I was left to answer difficult questions to two dozen intelligence and law enforcement agencies. Everyday without you has been difficult, a struggle defending our names. It seems in the end I am the only one who was willing to and had the integrity to stand for you.

I hope that as you look down you can say you’ve been proud of me. I have tried to do the best I could do when I couldn’t speak. I got attacked from Congress, FBI, CIA and everyone. And the HPD still messes with me to this day. With tears I can only thank you for touching my life, being an inspiration, and being a rock during the hardest times during my life. Overseas whether training me or in risky situations you calmed me and always had great advice and the funniest stories. You are missed more than you ever know. On behalf of a grateful nation, thank you for being who you were in my life. You never lacked the courage, the integrity or the faith.”

'Intelligence Kids' - Tomorrow's Leader's Today

Growing up my parents instilled in me a sense of community service and outreach. I learned this through the cub scouts and boy scouts. I also learned it in community volunteerism through school and in college. For those who followed my writings, jokes, comics and intelligence kids years ago you've asked what happened to it. Well, here is story.

I started Intelligence Kids in response to the death of Johnny Micheal “Mike” Spann, the first American and CIA officer killed in the war on terrorism in Afghanistan. Mike is the first person I always visit when I come back into DC. I always stop at Arlington National and make the hike up to his plot. In the beginning of my very young walk and tenure with our intelligence services I had a chance to know Mike for a very brief time. And in my youth I had not experienced an event like a death of a friend or a colleague. So Mike’s was the first that really touched me as they all have and really made me think about a lot of tough questions.

It was the first time I had seen children so young torn from a family and left with questions. The questions would come over the years for them and become harder and harder to answer. I feared what I would tell his children or family as I disagree so adamantly about the events and the outcome of his death. I do not agree and will never agree with the final reports of how he died. I will not speculate or point a finger to say men lied you can come to that conclusion yourself since this is in an open public forum. Mike Spann was executed and CIA has never leveled with the family and come clean on the operation and the events that led up to his death as a combined group of men calculated and planned 24 hours in advance to rush and overtake the officers.

As I try to return to a normal life I am wanting to start back up ‘intelligence kids’. I feel the desire to give back. To inspire our children and hopefully have one boy or one girl realize, believe and remember over the years that they can be anything they want. And if you are a top talent coming out of a high school that you do not always have to settle for the higher paying private sector job that pays six figures. Some may want to challenge themselves in a different way at the same time as serving their country. The intelligence community desperately needs you.

Have hundreds of different job categories archived so children can see the many different aspects of the intelligence community and see a secret service officer talk about the financial crimes. Giving children at a young age to not only see the world that may be exciting but see its benefits and importance to this country that they cannot see from reading a book.

In remembering Mike his old daughter graduates from Langley high this year and will be attending college. So I wanted to make a post about Mike not only for remembrance but also for an update since no one has heard anything about his name in years. Mike’s home town in Winfield Birmingham resurrected a memorial in honor of Mike in town and a major thoroughfare was named after him. Death of the Covert Comic and the birth of the Clandestine Comic

Two of the things i get asked about most are will i start up 'Intelligence Kid's again and am i still the Covert Comic?

Sadly, I haven't been doing either projects in the last couple of years due to rendition and my mother's fight with cancer. My last post was about 'intelligence kids and you can get updated on it in the last article. I made the mistake in my youth not to copyright or trademark any of the great names, quotes and ideas i had. One of them was the Covert Comic. I enjoyed being the covert comic for many years and the truth is Robert Kingson copyrighted it and now has ownership of the title and he does a beautiful job of wearing the crown. I get asked every year when i am going to do a stand up comedy routine on-stage at a major venue and i can promise you that i may consider and do this in the coming year. I have the comedy contacts and know some major comedic talent so maybe i will partner with them for a night and sell out a theatre two nights in a row, who knows.

One thing for certain is that i will be returning my comics online and pursuing them either with the Washington Post Writer's Group or with another syndicate. For those who do not know i have two comic strips i created, wrote and drew for years and have 7,600 comics written. So doing children's books and doing an online weekly comic for a syndicated column would be awesome and an honor to do. I would like to be one of the first to combine a column with a comic, a movie review or have a comic that coincides with a particular news piece that is tied into a current event. Over the past couple of years since being off of work i have been working on several screenplays, comics, and have dozens and dozens of ideas floating around. So the return of the covert comic will not be happening, however, the return is possible just as a different name.

I asked my friends over the last year and we voted on several names and the final name we selected is the 'Clandestine Comic'. Not what i had originally intended but it works. So along with 'intelligence kids' in this coming year i will also be bringing back some comics. I do all of my comics freehand and finalize and post them in original pen and ink so there will be no computer graphics involved in the comics. I will be creating a website in the coming year to bring that to you as well as my movie reviews. The movie reviews were also put on hold not for rendition but for the case that broke in houston with carnaby. Conspiracy weirdos were taking what i was saying in movie reviews, chopping it up and using it as comments online and quoting me.

So all 250 of my original movie posts and reviews were deleted from rottentomatoes. I look forward to returning to doing these works. I grew up in the arts, went to art school, have over 33 characters created and the 2 main comic strips so it will be fun to have that part of my life back. Something to smile about and definitely something to laugh about.

Where have you gone Joe DiMaggio? A nation turns its lonely eyes to you.

In the late 1960’s when Paul Simon from Simon & Garfunkel wrote the song ‘Mrs. Robinson’ it was used in reference to represent past heroes of the past. During that time when it was written the country was at a crossroads going through change and war. DiMaggio after retiring in 1951 represented a better time and a better era than societal change and ongoing war protesting.

When later queried by Mickey Mantle about the song he said it was all about the syllables and that Mantle was his favorite ball player. Nevertheless, ‘Jumping Joe DiMaggio’ was still a fitting choice since he represented a hero from the past and has been passed down to generations. What about the heroes of today? With infidelity, scandals and steroids rocking our sports figures and overgrown multi million dollar salaries the days of war heroes like Sergeant York and baseball greats like Joe DiMaggio are over.

A year and a half ago when newly elected President Obama signed a homeland security appropriations bill it granted DoD the authority to suppress photos of military and CIA officers tied to prisoner abuse. CIA and the Department of Defense go to great lengths to protect the identity of its officers. At the time the ACLU – The American Civil Liberties Union was in a federal appeals court trying through the FOIA – Freedom of Information Act to release prison abuses photos.

At this same time the ACLU’s lawyers were hiring special and private investigators to take pictures of covert CIA and military contractors at Gitmo. These photos were then shown to al Qaeda leaders overseas revealing the covert identities of these officers and their identities. Not only were they photographed in and around Gitmo they were followed home. Not only were their own lives in jeopardy but their families and children’s lives were now potentially compromised as well.

Months before this story broke I reported it was forty three officers. Now almost a year later we are hearing it was forty five officers. The ACLU lawyers when confronted stated that it was wrong for them to partake in prisons abuse. And also that it was wrong for Valerie Plame’s name to be leaked. Isn’t taking pictures of forty five officers who who’s identities are sensitive in nature equal to or even worse than Plame’s affair?

The group responsible for these traitorous and despicable acts is the ‘John Adam’s Project’. As an insider when rendition was going on just the speculation and rumors of being linked and tied to something was scary. Never knowing who to trust and in this case it was our very own Americans and lawyers who turned on and ate their own. We fought hard to see the pictures suppressed and classified. I do not agree with the torture and some of the extreme cases that went on during the war but we cannot continue to blame and hold responsible interrogators and officers who visited there a year ago. If we cannot turn to national sports icons as heroes than who else do we turn to for our young boys and girls to look up to?

Certainly, a military and CIA officer would serve as a shining example for any boy or girl to become one day. Well, not at the rate were going allowing lawyers to photograph them and tie them into torture and unquestionable events. Having survived the aftermath of this and rendition I am believe and support this county with a deep sense of pride and patriotism, also I do believe in the reduction of government secrecy but not to this extent.

This is not how we do it. This is not how we treat our nations heroes who leave their families to defend and protect stepping up against a radical foe and do not forget this foe is categorized as a terrorist organization. We do not photograph these individuals and put them in more of an even greater risk situation. In saying all of this I support the ‘James Madison Project’ which is a government accountability project founded and run by national security super lawyer and a great friend, Mark Zaid.

At no time should anyone confuse the names of the James Madison Project with that of the John Adams Project. Both named after great American men and founding fathers and yet one of them is a disgrace to our country. Mark Zaid protects and defends high profile NSA, DIA, and CIA cases and believes in constant security, privacy and sensitivity of identities of those working in such offices and agencies.

Gone are the days of Joe DiMaggio and the days of the gentleman spy. Gone are the days where CIA officers would have more backing and protection by CIA. Gone are the days when our heroes were not handed over to the wolves. Gone are the innocent days and days when we knew this wasn’t even a possibility. While going through this and hearing such news you felt helpless and I shook my head and said “where have you gone Joe DiMaggio?” I think our nation would turn our eyes to you.

Instead it gave me more reason to check every idle car, every passerby, and “squaring” a block with an extra turn when driving home just to make sure no one was following. The Obama administration did the right thing by protecting those photos. Now, we must do the right thing and make sure organizations like the ACLU cannot do this to our covert officers anymore.
I only gave one journalist permission to use my photo and that was Matt Cole, an ABC investigative Journalist who is writing ‘The Terrorist and the Spy’ to query Abu Omar who was rendered by CIA in 2003.

I had volunteered that to one man and one individual. Just imagine thinking you are safe and come to find out your photos of you and even your house were given to terrorist leadership. And the saddest part out of all the investigations that went on concerning this matter was that when officers moved in overseas to secure and apprehend more leadership they found photos overseas and in Gitmo in cells.

Project 816: One flies over the Cuckoo's Nest (the marriage of Brad Pitt and CIA)

In the 1950’s, Heinrich Harrer, the noted Austrian explorer and mountaineer was fleeing over the Himalaya’s from a prisoner-of-war camp in British India. He settled and worked in the forbidden city of Lhasa. He became a best-friend and tutor to the fourteenth Dalai Lama and was afforded the opportunity to witness traditions rarely witnessed by foreigners. Almost 50 years later, an American actor named Brad Pitt traveled inside the Central Intelligence Agency along with a very small and selected film crew about to begin a top secret adventure as well as film a movie.

The event which happened in 1996 at CIA’s headquarters in Langley Virginia was shared with me in 2000 when Pitt again traveled to CIA while filming another movie ‘Spy Game’ which some selected scenes were allowed by CIA public relations staff to film on location at CIA.
At a critical and crucial time for US and Chinese relations a small film crew was summoned to CIA headquarters. The film crew, wanting to film in Tibet to do film ‘Seven Years in Tibet’ and bring the story of Harrer to life had to fly over Chinese air space. China repeatedly shot down inquiries to fly over its airspace and restricted all foreign planes due to its close proximity to top secret Chinese nuclear sites. Back and forth the film crew and staff were denied making the only available route a couple of flights around china which was not only time consuming, less fuel efficient and cost more in transporting crew and equipment.

CIA was needing any valuable intelligence they could gather in the field from anyone who could get close to certain sites that the crew would not fly over but could fly near. CIA approached the film crew with an offer they couldn’t refuse. CIA could get the flight approved and it would not be messed with since it would be pushed internally and also been a legitimate film crew if they were stopped and forced down or approached after landing. CIA financing a plane, equipment and sophisticated optical equipment also came up with a plan. The crew anxiously came to CIA and toured the campus of the Old Headquarters Building (OH which is now called the ‘Bush Center at CIA’, saw the final touches being placed on the new headquarters building (NH, and the CIA museum. The film crew learned hands on tradecraft from CIA during the Cold War and Brad Pitt fell in love with the tradecraft on that trip.

Edward Teller once quipped, “Secrecy once accepted becomes an addiction”. As true as those words are in writing they became an addiction for Brad Pitt in real life. Since then Brad has been interested in scripts and roles in the spy genre movies. The work that went on during their flight would have remained a closely guarded national security secret except that the Chinese declassified Project 816 in 2003.

Construction on the Chongqing facility started in 1967 and was constructed to house plutonium reactors. Construction ceased 17 years later in 1984 and the site was never operational. Activity had picked up in the mid to late 90’s at the site and at another sister site in Lop Nur China so CIA was curious as to what was going on. With CIA working the diplomatic and government angles in Beijing the flight was allowed. It was to fly at its normal cruising altitude and film horizontally assisting CIA’s National Photographic Interpretation Center (NPIC) with continuous footage at an angle that would have been more accurate than some of the pan and tilt satellites in operation at the time.

Without a hitch, the crew succeeded as most of CIA’s sensitive operations do and the movie ‘Seven years in Tibet’ was made. It went on to be nominated for a Golden Globe and a Grammy bringing Harrer’s real life story to the big screen and motivating and intriguing a young Brad Pitt in the interest and world of Spy v Spy and counter intelligence. As he entered again an 8th floor center at CIA in 2000, a red warning light was swirling as someone yelled “red badge, Brad Pitt on deck!” It is hard to tell what if any intelligence was used or gathered for the op. But it sure makes a great story about Brad Pitt and CIA.

China declassified the facilities in 2003 and has now opened to the public as of April of 2010 since the site was never operational. According to experts, Project 816 is the world’s largest artificial cave with 130 roads, tunnels, totaling 21 kilometers in length. Chinese tourists now tour the facilities for 40 Yuan as foreigners and cameras are not permitted to the once top secret facility. How much do you want to bet that CIA has already been in there? Hell, they just might have sent Brad Pitt in. And now you know the correlation between Harrer, Pitt and CIA. Still to this day I have not watched ‘Seven Years in Tibet’.

CIA's New Proliferation Center

When are we going to right accurate articles? Kimberly Dozier you completely missed the point and neglected to include the most important details when you released your article on MYWAY about the CIA's new Proliferation Center. I heard about this August 6th and what was released which was opensource was more than this article.

What she failed to mention in this shotty article are two contracts, one for DigitalGlobe for $3.5 BILION and the other for GeoEye for $3.8 BILLION, all of which will up until the last week were falling under NGA. For agency insiders they should have just left the NPIC alone and we wouldn't be taking steps backwards right now to square one. But that seems to be what this administration does best if they are not adding on even more levels of management and more complexed layers of unwanted and unneeded secrecy.

Just when i went out and publicly said they were going to cut 20% of the sat imagery guys they pull this stunt. Just makes you raise an eyebrow to what is about to happen when i already knew they are going to do at least 20% cuts. And do we really think the money is going to monitor plumes and vapors? Seriously, it will be like it was when we were in Iran with the small teams years ago when their scientists were walking by our covert detectors placed in cars and gav eus the first indications that there was something to worry about and levels were higher than they should have been. This would have been a great article except for the fact that Dozier left out the fact that $4.3 BILLION is now floating around in an even more tightly and secretly controlled entity. So we know have had a shift in management at CIA and a major shift in management at ODNI and now this. Makes you get all tingly inside thinking about what the puppet masters at CIA are really planning.

CIA Director Leon Panetta said Wednesday that the new unit would place CIA operators side by side with the agency's analysts to brainstorm plans to "confront the threat of weapons of mass destruction - nuclear, chemical and biological." The center would formalize the collaboration between the agency's analysts and operators, a close working relationship that CIA spokesman George Little said already has yielded intelligence successes. Little cited their work in last year's revelation of the "discovery of the Syrian covert nuclear reactor and Iran's undeclared uranium enrichment facility near Qom." That Iranian city is the ideological center of Iran's Shiite rulers.

Technical Advising

For those who have known about the two years i was involved in some technical advising i was forced to take a step back with the rendition cases and ongoing drama from that for a couple of years. From time to time i get asked and inquired about up and coming shows, movies and screenplays. I have not been involved in any upcoming movies as i was from 2006-2008, however, i have been pushing and advising everyone to my buddy Craig Sawyer who has been making some beautiful strides in hollywood most recently.

His company, 'Tactical Insider', offers the film industry tactical training and experience from a former covert operator who not only was a navy seal but has served in a capacity as a contractor for multiple federal law enforcement and intelligence agencies. With as many friends as i have in the entertainment industry and in hollywood i have always made reference to Craig.

When i was approached by Spike Tv's 'Deadliest Warrior', Craig is someone i recommended to them and i do not ever recommend anyone, to cast and submit a demo for any possible navy seal episodes.

And it lead to him getting in contact with the folks at the History Channel and the rest is history and it has been two shows now. And i look forward to seeing him on many other shows and movies coming up as his experience is hard to find when you consider the mixture of multiple skill levels he has at any and all weapons and his familiarity with the Military and Intelligence Communities.

Networking is essential and key in that industry but we look forward to seeing where his career outside of the Navy Seals and as a private contractor leads him.

Accountability at CIA; the Great Muppet Caper

Trying to get accountability at CIA is a never ending road of smoke, glass, and mirrors. Trying to get accountability for Rendition is even more difficult. Watch now as rendition is going to be a main topic before the elections come up again and watch how Obama lied and was involved in rendition and there was not only claims of torture but a man died under Obama's rendition program which he said would be dismantled. When are the senior level management and executives at CIA who were responsible going to be held accountable?

My article on Accountability at CIA especially concerning Rendition has to get approval from not only the national security lawyers in some of the cases i will be referencing but also the publication review board at CIA. In respect to these officers, to the cases and to the PRB i cannot post the story without proper approval first.

Wanted: Tech Ops (casting call for History Channel show)

Casting call for the History Channel's new show to debut in two months, "Off the Grid". I was happy to be approached for this show as it showcases my unique and exact experience in both counter intelligence and counter terrorism platforms.

The show puts 2 contestants in the middle of the city and sets a team of urban tracking professionals (aka 'Redcell teams') out to find them. The small tracking team will have field agents and all of those positions have been cast and selected already. However, the show is desperately needing more techies to fill the need for technical operations officers. The operation will consist of two suspects being tracked via cellphone, credit cards, CCTV at banks or around an urban environment and also the coordination and use of UAVs, etc.

From Russia with Love: Why Marina Oswald could have only been KGB

On the 50th anniversary of the Inauguration of JFK I am pausing to consider and offer up an interesting avenue of thought and pose questions for those among my friends who are former federal investigators and have the time and passion to research into my wild claims and questions. After making a public statement recently publicly to Mark Zaid, that I had not seen the movie JFK with Kevin Costner, Zaid, immediately recommended that I read an exhaustive study he did on the JFK assassination when he was on the Assassionation Records Board.

The internet is littered with speculation and conspiracy rants on what happened and none of the theories and conjectures have ever left me completely satisfied. I do not have a problem with the fact that Oswald was a shooter at all. I have a problem if he was a lone gunman. Given my experience with rifles one of the first things that I do not understand is this.

If Oswald had a beautiful, unobstructed shot from the Texas Schoolbook Depository building in Dallas as the motorcade approached then why didn’t he take the shot? Why pass on a perfect shot and instead, choose and watch the motorcade pass and turn left to proceed below his window? His next option is a much harder and more difficult shot as now he is partially obscured by a tree.

Next, the notion that he took three shots with an Italian bolt action rifle in the elapsed time (a few seconds) and made a perfect head shot. No matter how I strain my head to look at this theory I just cannot get there.

Another explanation that I just cannot and refuse to accept is the fact that Jack Ruby, a strip club owner and connected mafia guy just drove down to the Dallas police station on an impulse and whim. Ruby appears to be a lot of things but a man so affected and overwhelmed over his president being shot does not seem to be one of them. I will never believe that what actions led Ruby to be so consumed with uncontrollable rage to shoot Oswald was not emotion.

Given some of these questions I have stated is enough for me to question the Warren report. Anyone could argue these findings and given time and persuasion explain these explanations but taking them all together as facts leaves too much of a critical mass of doubt for me.

The consensus is that Bobby Kennedy came after the American Mafia and as a result JFK was killed. How does Oswald fit into this? Another interesting theory claims that Cuban Intelligence had JFK killed because JFk came after Fidel Castro and tried to have him killed. A great line of thought but does not explain where or how Jack Ruby fits in. Others suggest it was Cuban exiles who killed JFK over the Bay of Pigs, only problem here is again, how does Oswald fit in?

The most neglected part of this story, which is the most logical and makes sense is the never before told story of Marina Oswald. I made the assertion and wild claim that Marina was an element of the KGB and that is a claim I stand behind today and I will never budge on it. Given my training and background in the intelligence community I am not quick to believe anything the government pumps out no matter what the report is whether it is the Warren commission or the 9/11 commission. Federal investigators, take note. The keys to this mystery and unraveling this conspiracy are easy. Stop focusing on the grassy knoll, Oswald and the trajectory of the bullet. Marina Oswald is your key. For 50 years now, Marina Oswald has slipped under the radar of speculation as all the facts point to this lady.

Marina Oswald, at the age of 19, moved in with her stepfather in Archangel after her father died in the war. She lived short stints in Moldova and settled in Leningrad at the age of 12. At the age of 14, Marina Prusakova, entered the Pharmacy Technikum for what the Warren report considered “special training”. She received her degree in Pharmacy and on the first day of her cover at a warehouse for his first job – she quit after one day.

Now, we are at a critical part in this untold story that the Warren Commission has so beautifully failed to miss and inform the American public and the world on. Consider this for a second. It was not uncommon for 14 year old boys and girls in the Soviet Union to start their training and education in the tradecraft the spycraft at that age. It was very common. So after receiving her degree she works one day and quits and within two months is reassigned to Minsk. Why Minsk? Two reasons - (1.) Lee Harvey Oswald just defected to the Soviet Union and is working at an electronics factory. (2.) Marina’s uncle was an MVD Colonel of the of Russian Interior Ministry of security services similar to the FBI in the United States.

Given these facts, both CIA, FBI and the Warren Commission all report that Colonel Prusakov was head of a local lumber industry, what a joke. Colonel Prusakov had one of the best apartments in Minsk reserved for MVD officers.

In Minsk, instantly, Marina finds pharmacy work at the local hospital. At this time and at the age of 19, Marina joins the Communist youth organization Komsomol. Seven months later, still at the age of 19, Marina is introduced to Oswald. After their first date at a dance, Oswald has immediately fallen ill. Remember, Marina works in a pharmacy in Soviet Russia, has an MVD uncle, joined Komsomol and Oswald is an American Intelligence Defector. She immediately takes Oswald to the hospital but not the hospital she worked at.

Oswald spends two weeks in the hospital and returns regularly to her uncle’s apartment in Minsk. The Warren report goes on to state that Colonel Prusakov was not concerned that Oswald was an American and he did not disapprove of her seeing him. “Hello, wait a minute, back up!” Oswald was an American Defector from the U.S. He clearly would have been on the radar of Soviet Intelligence in 1961. Prusakovs equivalent in Soviet Russia was that of an FBI officer. So he had no reason to believe this was a threat or would threaten his retirement, his pension or his job or safety of his niece? I may be naïve at times but I was not born yesterday.

Regardless, a month later, Oswald proposes on April 20th, she accepts and 10 days later on April 30th they are married. For the sake of common sense, let’s pause for a moment and recap to gather up the sense that was never bundled up and presented the first time by the Warren commission. Marina Oswald is a very attractive young woman.

She holds a degree from a top rate technical school that was at the time one of the best in the world in Leningrad. Her uncle is an MVD Colonel and Oswald is a foreign defector from the #1 intelligence service in the world compared to the Soviet KGB at the time. As a defector, Oswald has no future and let’s all be honest, Oswald is not the best looking hunk or is he a sharp dresser making his minimal wage in rubles in a factory. And his entire courtship of this woman practically took place while he was bedridden in a hospital after one date with her. I would sure love to know his secret – because so far it is looking like he is one hell of a dancer to pull this off from one date.

From start to finish they only knew each-other 6 weeks – 4 of which were spent in a hospital and the remaining 2 weeks were only visits to her uncles house as they had no more dates. Can you say love at first sight? What are the odds given his looks, her background, his background and her uncles background? You do the math.

At this time in the Soviet Union, they both would have needed to get special permission from the state since Oswald was a foreigner. Imagine for a minute the security process since her uncle works as a colonel in the security office for the MVD for Soviet Russia and the Soviet Bureaucracy within 10 days grants and approves this marriage. It is almost too hard to be true but the evidence is there and it’s never been told for 50 years.

Marina, suddenly after being married to Oswald says that her aunt and uncle disapprove of the marriage and they are wanting to leave the Soviet Union. Disapprove? If there was time for disagreeing with it – it would have happened during the security review and 10 days that the Colonel would have had to sign off and agree with. Wouldn’t you agree? If this entire trail of oddities and peculiar chain of events is bizarre enough for you to understand and you’re reading this shaking your head, try this next shoe on for size. After being married one month, Both Oswald and Marina are permitted by the Soviets to leave Russia together and the U.S. Embassies willingness to allow Oswald to return.

Now fast forward, the couple has been married 6 months. Marina Oswald decides she wants a breath of fresh air and files for an exit visa and wants to visit Kharkov in October. Someone please google Kharkov in October, as I can reassure you its not one of the most desirable places on earth. Marina meets with MVD Colonel Nicolay Aksenov who approved the exit permit and she told the Warren commission it was because her uncle was an MVD Colonel. Why would her uncle approve the permit if he opposed her departure to begin with?

This picture I am painting is starting to appear like the Soviet government wanted Marina and Oswald to marry and return to the United States. That is perfectly clear. Now, the only agency within the Soviet Union who would have the ability, interest and means to care and carry this out at this time in history could only be the KGB. I don’t know about you but this is starting to look and smell like KGB more and more. If she wasn’t KGB, she sure put on one hell of a display showing she was. This should be a lesson to Anna Chapman and a reminder that this is what a successful Russian spy case should look like. The Warren commission’s findings on Marina are severely flawed.

The next step that is in order for this to work is Oswald’s stay in the United States up until the time that he assassinates Kennedy. This is a more believable plot and outcome than any I have read on the internet and now the lead-way into a CIA plot on the second tail end of this investigation now has some motion to be believable as it is not inconceivable. In considering the exit visa and readmitting Oswald, anyone would agree, CIA would have known about this since he was an American defector and married to an MVD Colonel’s niece.
